Planning Team
With our Day of Coordination package, you can relax and enjoy your event while we handle the details! You’ll receive at least one dedicated event lead to assist with day-of logistics and timing. At least one onsite lead to oversee deliveries, set-up, and take down of all event items and provide support during the event, and one assistant to provide onsite support during the event.

Onsite Vendor Assistance
During day-of coordination, our team oversees the delivery and removal of event items, and helps with payment + gratuity distribution

In-Home Event Support

This offering provides a complete, stress-free experience for hosting memorable in-home celebrations. Our in-home event services for non-holiday celebrations like birthdays, graduations, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, and themed house parties, include:

• Themed decor or tablescape design, execution, and installation
• Invitation and thank you note design & delivery
• Overseeing event rental delivery and load-out
• Catering & beverage sourcing: menu coordination and delivery
• Themed party favors: sourcing, packaging design, and assembly

Destination Events

Let us help plan your destination weddings, elopements, bachelorette & bachelor parties, etc. Pricing available upon request.

NOTE: 

  • Packages do not include any rental or production costs

  • Complimentary floral donation coordination & delivery post-event to local hospitals, retirement homes, or women & children’s shelters are included in all packages for clients in the Omaha metro area

  • Pricing starts at the listed amount and may vary, and is subject to change, based on your specific needs

30% deposit and contract required upon booking, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event
